The detainee worked as a teacher at an educational institution in Naucalpan.

Alfonso 'N' was admitted to the Juan Fernández Albarrán Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center, known as Reclusorio Barrientos, located in Tlalnepantla, where he remained at the disposal of a District Judge to determine his legal situation.

The investigated events occurred on January 20 at a primary school in the San Rafael Chamapa neighborhood, where inappropriate touching of two girls was reported. In response, the State Attorney's Office initiated an investigation, collecting forensic evidence and testimonies, and requested the corresponding arrest warrant from the judge.
